Christopher Neilson is the founder of ConsiliumBots and a Professor of Economics at Yale University. His research focuses on how families make educational decisions and how technology can improve equity in access to education, housing, and government services. He has led national-scale education systems in Chile and large-scale RCTs across Latin America reaching over 1 million students.

Leidy leads data science at ConsiliumBots from Colombia, covering education data analysis for DFM and higher education systems research.

Mayela leads design and communications for ConsiliumBots, including brand identity, website, templates, and visual communications.

Valentina leads dashboard and data-visualization work across ConsiliumBots projects, including the analytics platform built with the Dominican Republic's Ministry of Education, and manages project delivery.

Silvia is Head of Operations at ConsiliumBots and Country Manager for Colombia. Based in Medellín, she oversees operations, administration, contracts, and in-country partnerships.

Alonso manages ConsiliumBots' projects in Chile. He heads the Cien Pies project and the Encuesta de Habilidades Digitales y Uso de IA, a survey on digital skills and AI use.

Alonso builds and maintains ConsiliumBots' platforms end to end — interfaces, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure supporting the organization's education tools.

Francisco is one of the two anchoring developers on ConsiliumBots' platform build, working alongside Alonso Herrera on production delivery.
